The ADS1014D is an integrated 2-in-1 digital oscilloscope and DDS signal generator. It boasts comprehensive functions and excellent practicality, serving as a cost-effective dual-channel desktop test instrument for electronic repair workshops and product R&D laboratories.

This unit delivers a 1GSa/s real-time sampling rate and 100MHz bandwidth across two analog channels. Three complete trigger modes (Auto / Normal / Single) support both periodic analog waveforms and non-periodic digital signals for flexible testing. It integrates a built-in DDS signal generator plus an industry-exclusive Capture Output function with a max 2.5Vpp output level. All signals adopt 1Hz fine frequency stepping, offering 14 standard preset waveforms plus user-customizable captured waveforms.

The Capture Output module extracts full or partial complex waveforms measured by the oscilloscope and reproduces them as generator signals; it can store up to 1000 custom captured waveform sets. Dual input channels are equipped with built-in high-voltage protection circuits that withstand continuous 400V input, eliminating the risk of hardware burnout when probes are mistakenly left in 1× mode during high-voltage testing.

Additional practical functions include a long time-base scroll mode for monitoring slow voltage fluctuations and an optimized one-touch AUTO setup that automatically optimizes waveform display without complex manual tuning. The 7-inch 800×480 high-definition TFT LCD delivers clear waveform visualization. Manual cursor measurement eliminates manual scale conversion to directly read Vpp and frequency values for fast analysis.

A one-click screenshot & waveform storage system utilizes 1GB internal storage to hold up to 1000 screenshot images and 1000 waveform datasets, with instant saving and no redundant pop-up prompts. The built-in waveform manager supports thumbnail preview, page turning, deletion, zoom, pan and secondary cursor measurement for deep data analysis. A built-in USB port connects the unit to a PC as a removable flash drive for easy file export. It also features Lissajous XY mode for dual-signal amplitude, frequency and phase comparison, plus FFT spectrum analysis to identify signal harmonic components.

Optimized Anti-Jitter Encoder Decoding Algorithm
