SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: https://www.moonzite.com/terms.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Shipping Times

After placing an order, you will have 48 hours to cancel it or modify it for free. 

Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed with the tracking information of your package.
Also, you can choose your preferred shipping method during the checkout process. Kindly advise: please select Priority Express if you need our product urgently.

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is successfully placed to the time received. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

Processing time: The time it takes to prepare your item(s), includes preparing your items, performing quality inspections, and packaging for shipment.
Shipping time: The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination. The shipping time depends on the shipping method you chose. Please refer to the shipping fees section for details. 

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and the processing time is 1-3 days (Only including Monday to Saturday) after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

Note: The above processing time is calculated by using Monday to Saturday days.

Choose the correct destination, then select the shipping method, to obtain an accurate shipping cost.



The transit time(delivery time) depends on where you're located, the shipping method you choose, and where your package comes from. We will keep you informed of any problems here to help you get your order as soon as possible.  

Because of global COVID-19, we cannot ensure the delivery time by sea (more than 30 days), as many ships stayed in the port and all logistics service providers are affected. Meanwhile, the freight cost by sea has risen a lot more than before.

For some overweight packages, we cannot afford this cost and will need you to cover the extra freight cost. We suggest you should choose a faster shipping method in this case, and we will try our best to find a solution to make the shipping cost lower and will make a refund to you if you cannot cover the whole freight cost. 

Some locations and countries don't support ship by sea, in this case, we are not able to ship your package at a flat shipping rate. Our service team will contact you via this issue as soon as we can and we will make you a refund if you don't agree to pay the additional shipping cost by express.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights.

ABOUT CUSTOM CHARGERS?

Shipping fees paid during checkout do not include taxes and import duties.

Please note, we will cover the export customs charges from China to your location but may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. 

Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. This is friendly advice for you to find out about the local regulations prior to ordering from us. Moonzite is not able to cover the taxes and customs duties in your country. If you refuse delivery of a package due to import duties or taxes, you assume all liability for all costs involved in returning the item to us.

If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes. 


ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

  • Some shipping methods cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes address, we will contact you in this situation.
  • Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.
  • Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.
  • Shipping costs may be different if your address it's treated as a remote address by the carrier. Extra freight costs will be charged and our service team will contact you in this case. 
  • Moonzite offers a flat rate of $10.00 shipping for all orders. If a product is eligible to ship via sea or small postal shipping, then the $10.00 flat rate applies.


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
